Experience:

A strategic instructional designer with more than five years of experience empowering learners, Ginny drives meaningful results. Deeply invested in the learner experience, Ginny leverages educational psychology and human-centered design principles to enhance knowledge retention, skill transfer, and ultimately, learner outcomes. 

Ginny has designed instruction in higher education and non-profit settings. Currently, she serves as a Learning Technologies Specialist in Technology-enhanced Learning and Online Strategies (TLOS) at Virginia Tech supporting faculty and their technology needs.
