TLOS Classrooms

TLOS workshops may be hosted in one or more of the following in-person classrooms as well as online. Check your workshop enrollment confirmation for the classroom location and attendance options.

University Mall - Room 2104

The University Mall Classroom is inside the TLOS office suite. Enter the suite through the exterior doors located between the University Mall main entrance and the Hokie Shop Volume Two Bookstore. Room 2104 is located at the front of the suite. From the lobby turn right and the classroom entrance is the second door on the right. Parking is available without a permit or use one of the Blacksburg Transit routes with stops at University Mall.

Torgersen Hall - Room 3310

Torgersen Hall, Room 3310 classroom is on the Torgersen Bridge. Room 3310 can be accessed from either the third floor of Torgersen Hall and crossing the bridge towards the library or from the fourth floor of Newman Library. This classroom is provided in partnership with University Libraries.

Graduate Life Center (GLC) - Room 40

Address: 155 Otey St, Blacksburg, VA 24060

The Graduate Life Center, Room 40 Classroom is located on the first floor. From the Otey Street lobby take the hall on your left. Room 40 is located on the right just past the men’s restroom and across from Meeting Room B. This classroom is provided in partnership with the Graduate School.

Whittemore Hall - Room 289

Whittemore Hall, Room 289 Classroom is located on the second floor. 

From the Perry Street Parking Garage or Blacksburg Transit stops along Perry Street, enter Whittemore Hall on the first floor. Continue straight through the hallway and take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. From the elevator, turn left and the classroom will be nearby.

Another entrance to the second floor is located between Whittemore Hall and Durham Hall. Enter through this exterior door and continue down the hallway. The Media Hub Classroom (Room 289) is three doors down on the left.

Suggested parking at the Perry Street garage or ride Blacksburg Transit to the Maroon Loop transfer station.
