Experience:

Chris has cultivated a diverse and innovative career in design and technology, beginning with freelance web design and 3D animation. Progressing through roles in UX design and front-end development for a social media startup, Chris further expanded expertise in web design across marketing and IT sectors. As an educator at New River Community College, Chris taught game design, 3D modeling, and web application design, enriching the next generation of designers and developers. Joining Virginia Tech's innovation space as a Multimedia and Learning Technologies Specialist, Chris spearheaded projects focused on enhancing educational technologies and multimedia enriched learning methodologies. Currently, as a Solutions Architect, Chris continues to drive innovation in support of teaching and learning, specializing in design and development, usability, technology exploration, analytics, and technical architecture.
