The kit consists of a wireless microphone/speaker set, a high quality USB video camera, and a laptop for facilitating meetings or hosting remote guests for use with Zoom, Slack, Google Hangouts, Facebook, or Facetime. This kit is designed to be portable, easy to use, and doesn’t require any support staff.

Kit Contents and Assembly

The Videoconference Mobile Kit includes audio, video, and computer components, all packaged in a rolling hard case that provides portability and protection. This kit allows faculty members to connect remote guests to classes and meetings of up to 50 people. The kit is fully self-service, so with just a few minutes of training prior to checkout, you’ll be able to host meetings on your own.

Best uses for the Videoconference Mobile Kit:
  • The kit is ideal for classrooms or meeting spaces that do not have audio/visual equipment already installed.
  • We recommend the kit is used in spaces no larger than 36' x 36' (room fitting approximately 8-50 people).
