You can get assistance directly from inside of Canvas. Just look for the help icon on the left menu bar.

This help icon will bring up a menu that will give you option of searching canvas guides, report problems, ask the community, submit a feature request, speak with a canvas support staff live, and browse Virginia Tech support resources.
