Main content for "Echo360"

Echo360 is a way to record audio and video of lectures. Captured lectures can be linked to Scholar or Canvas for students to view as many times as they want. Captured lectures can also be used in fully-online courses.

There are three ways to capture lectures and post them to Echo360 and Scholar or Canvas:

Lecture Capture

  • Use specially-equipped classrooms to automatically record your lectures.
  • Lectures can be linked to Scholar or Canvas.

Personal Capture

  • Use Echo360’s Personal Capture software on your computer to record your lectures.
  • Lectures can be linked to Scholar or Canvas.

Manual Upload

  • Upload existing videos to Echo360 and link to Scholar or Canvas.
  • We don’t recommend this method, because not all video files are compatible with Echo360.
