Proctoring Forms

Technology-enhanced Learning and Online Strategies (TLOS) discontinued the proctoring forms service on May 1, 2023 due to limited use.

The use of proctored exams is one of many alternatives for learning assessment in online courses or for students outside the main campus area. Alternative assessment options can be created to eliminate the need for proctored exams and instructional design assistance is available through consultation with TLOS instructional designers.
